Returns & Refunds

GMC Virtual Readiness Store [TEST] accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. To request a return, email gmc-readiness-test@xunlu.work before sending the item.

No restocking fee is charged. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returned items must be in their original condition unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
